Edu Rubio is a UEFA Pro Licence coach whose career has spanned nearly two decades across various levels of English football, from grassroots to the Premier League.
He initially worked at local clubs and small academies, which led to opportunities with prominent institutions such as Chelsea's academy, the Nike Academy, and the Football Association. His early experiences laid the foundation for his coaching philosophy, emphasizing authenticity, humility, and a commitment to developing players both on and off the field.
Throughout his career, Edu has held significant roles at several clubs.
He served as the Head of Academy Coaching and U18s coach at MK Dons, Edu's coaching journey also includes stints at Crystal Palace, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and West Ham United, where he worked under renowned coach Julen Lopetegui.
These experiences have enriched his understanding of elite football environments and the nuances of coaching at the highest levels.
