Diarmuid O’Carroll is the current Assistant Manager of the Northern Ireland national team and First-Team Coach at Sparta Prague, bringing a wealth of experience from both his playing and coaching career.
A former professional footballer who featured for clubs including Celtic, Morecambe, Cliftonville, and Crusaders, Diarmuid transitioned seamlessly into coaching, holding senior and youth roles across men’s and women’s football in the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
He has developed expertise in player development, team dynamics, and high-performance environments, and his practical insights are informed by years at the elite level.
At this workshop, Diarmuid will be presenting on coaching philosophy, sharing perspectives shaped by his extensive career and leadership in top-tier football.
