Developing a Philosophy
Developing a Philosophy is key to identifying what makes you unique and different in a world full of coaches. When the call comes, and a job is available can you produce a philosophy that reflects your coaching style and methodology.
Kevin Green is a UEFA A License Football Coach who worked for Fulham FC and Chelsea FC prior to joining The Football Association as Regional Coach Mentor for London.
Kevin has 20 years practical coaching and teaching experience in a wide variety of settings, from grassroots to elite and has previously held the Technical Director position at an FA Centre of Excellence. He has taught at both inner-city and private schools in West London.
Kevin is currently a Lecturer in BA (Hons) Football Coaching & Management at University Campus Football Business.(UCFB)
