The People and Clubs E-learning Modules have been designed to help clubs grow and develop in their knowledge and understanding in a variety of key topics around club and volunteer development.

The heart of every football club are its people who give up their time and effort to deliver its key objectives on and off the pitch.

The range of modules have been designed to support the learning of all people involved in the football club and in turn, support the improvement of the club environment and structures across Northern Ireland.

In Positive Engagement with Parents, participants will explore what parental engagement is, issues and challenges that parents may face, how to create an environment where parental engagement can thrive and roles that a club and coaches can play to help parents. On completion of this module, participants will receive 5 CPD points.
